Pre-Registration

Thank you for your interest in the Ridgewood Rugby Association. Please read the following information before moving on to the registration area.

Hold Harmless Agreement: I agree that rugby is a contract sport and, as such, injuries may result. In consideration of the named applicant, I his/her Parent or Legal Guardian, hereby absolve, waive, release and hold harmless the Ridgewood Rugby Association its directors, board members, sponsors, supervisors, coaches, participants, volunteers and any persons transporting my child, from all claims of any type arising in any manner during participation in Ridgewood Rugby Association youth rugby clinics, camps, practices, games or any related activities.  

Additionally, I hereby grant Ridgewood Rugby Association, or its assignees, permission to use my child's image for educational, promotional, fundraising and general public relations purposes.
